Permanent Makeup enhances the natural features of a client and/or corrects small imperfections such as asymmetric proportions. Permanent makeup is meant to be a natural looking beauty enhancement, which is why it looks softer and more subtle. Body tattoos use ink, which is darker and bold, while permanent makeup uses pigments designed to gently fade over time. Fading is desired as it allows the technician to make changes and adjustments with colors and shapes over time as the client’s natural coloration and facial changes occur.
During your appointment, we will analyze your skin undertone to anticipate how pigment colors will fade in the future and we will mix special formulas to ensure color remains in the same tone. We will also mix pigments to ensure the color blends well with your existing eyebrow and hair color. Your permanent makeup will eventually look softer as the pigment fades with time.
